Manual cleanup workflow

  1. Export products from Shopify.
  2. Sort by SKU and look for blanks or duplicates.
  3. Filter prices for blanks, zeroes, and suspicious values.
  4. Filter images and descriptions for missing records.
  5. Check barcodes for categories that need them.
  6. Review continue-selling settings for products that should not backorder.
  7. Assign fixes in a spreadsheet.
  8. Re-check after bulk edits or imports.
