By installing or using Loftvex Catalog Risk Audit, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The app provides read-only catalog diagnostics, monitoring settings, audit history, and CSV exports using Shopify product data. The app is intended to help merchants identify catalog issues, not to replace the merchant's own review, merchandising, or compliance processes.
You may use the app only for a Shopify store that you are authorized to manage. Your use of the app is also subject to the agreements, policies, and technical requirements that apply to your Shopify account.
Subscription billing is processed by Shopify. Paid charges, plan changes, renewals, cancellations, and billing approvals are governed by the Shopify billing flow presented to the merchant at the time of approval.
You agree not to use the app in violation of law, to interfere with the service, to attempt unauthorized access, or to use the app to harm Shopify, other merchants, or third parties.
Catalog recommendations are best-effort diagnostics and do not guarantee approvals, rankings, or conversion outcomes.
You remain responsible for reviewing your catalog, deciding whether to act on findings, and ensuring that your products, feeds, pricing, and store content comply with applicable law, platform rules, and marketplace requirements.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the app from time to time. We may also update these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, to protect the service, or if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the extent permitted by law, Loftvex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app will not exceed the fees paid for the app during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Loftvex harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your store content, your misuse of the app, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which Loftvex operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
