Quick start: install the app, review your rules, run an audit, and work through the highest-severity findings first.

1. Install and open the app

Open Loftvex Catalog Risk Audit from Shopify Admin and complete the initial authentication flow if prompted.

2. Review your audit rules

Set the maximum number of products to scan, description thresholds, and optional exclusions for gift cards, vendors, product types, or handles.

3. Run your first audit

Use Run audit to scan the current catalog and generate a new audit run.

4. Prioritize findings

Start with high-severity issues, then work through medium and low-severity findings based on impact and urgency.

5. Export and share

If your plan includes exports, download a CSV of findings to assign cleanup work across your team.

6. Enable monitoring

Turn on automatic monitoring to keep an ongoing watch on catalog quality and catch newly introduced issues sooner.
